Zeekr Unveils Luxury Hybrid SUV, the 9X, Boasting Over 800 Horsepower

Zeekr, the Chinese brand owned by Geely, has launched its new luxury hybrid vehicle, the 9X, featuring an impressive output of over 800 horsepower. Priced from €121,500, the vehicle is now available at Zeekr dealerships.

Exterior Design Inspired by Yachts

The Zeekr 9X’s exterior design draws inspiration from the world of yachts. The design team in Gothenburg, Sweden, envisioned the model as a new way to experience travel, with an interior that reinterprets the spaciousness and refinement of luxury yachts. The vehicle measures 5.239 meters in length and 2.29 meters in width, achieving balanced proportions. Notable exterior features include a Waterfall grille and Diamond Starlight Matrix headlights, reminiscent of Rolls-Royce models like the Dawn Black Badge. A thin red light strip runs across the rear, while the satin chrome D-pillar visually connects the body with the roof. It rides on 22-inch wheels and is available in Crystal White, Lava Grey, and Onyx Black, with an optional Black Pack adding glossy black accents.

Luxurious Interior with Unique Seating Configuration

The interior of the Zeekr 9X emphasizes luxury and comfort. A standout feature is the six-seat configuration, arranged in a 2-2-2 layout. The second row functions as a private lounge, with reclining seats that reach 145 degrees and include electric footrests. Massage, ventilation, and heating functions are available for both front and second-row seats. The third row also offers electric, heated seats with reclining backrests up to 135 degrees and easy access via an electric sliding system. Premium materials, including Nappa leather and hand-polished Nordic wood, are used throughout, with each piece taking over 20 hours to craft. Two 16-inch OLED screens dominate the front cabin, while a 47-inch Head-Up Display projects driving information onto the driver's field of vision. Physical controls are retained on the central console for essential functions.
