The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years of age. If you are between the ages of 21 and 24, a young renter fee may be applied to your rental.
You will need to provide your valid driver’s license, a major credit card in your name and address attached to your driver’s license name, and proof of insurance. International renters may also need to provide a passport and an international driver’s license.
No smoking is allowed, if smoking occurs inside the rental vehicle or evidence is found, a fee penalty of $250 will be charged.
Pets are not allowed in rental vehicles. Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees.
Cash renters must meet strict procedures and provide additional documentation at time of rental (utility bill, pay stub, plane ticket, etc.) Although we reserve the right to not offer any cars for rent if a decision is made by our company.
Rental contract may NOT exceed a 30 day period; additional rental periods require a new contract.
Rentals allows you to cancel or modify your reservation, but there will be fees and restrictions depending on the timing of changes.
Yes, you may add an additional driver for a fee. The additional driver will need to meet the same age and license requirements as the primary driver.
Most vehicles will have a restricted mileage per day during your reservation, but unless otherwise selecting unlimited mileage package a fee will be applied depending on the vehicle that’s being rented.

No, we don’t currently offer any primary physical and liability insurance, but you may visit our site when making a reservation and attached is instructions on how to purchase a primary insurance from third party companies during your rental. Also, you may contact our customer support to help you purchase primary insurance from third-party companies if any help is in need. Although we are not responsible in any case scenario for third party insurance companies, on not paying out the compensation of an incident or accident during your booking and you will be held responsible if any damage fees arise from our car rental company.
